Our Repositioning Project
The groundbreaking for Felician Village's Repositioning Project was held on April 4, 2008. The project that would require 225,000 square feet of demolition and 120, 000 square feet of construction, would cost $20 million to complete.
The following sequence of slides will highlight which buildings are being demolished and the buildings being constructed to replace them. If you haven't already done so, we invite you to drive by to see the progress for yourself.
