The Villa at Felician Village was created to provide a more home-like setting offering a comfortable, safe and family style atmosphere. Residents in each of the two, sixteen-bed households appreciate the many amenities that support daily living needs yet also recognize their independence. Health education and ongoing monitoring enhances resident's individual wellness.

The Villa enhances a secure and caring environment that
promotes the respect, dignity and privacy of the individuals
we serve. Care plans are designed to meet the individuals own
specific needs.

Each Villa resident has his or her own private bedroom and bathroom. Common areas include the diningroom, kitchen, living room and several other sitting areas. Those shared spaces provide venues to interact with visitors or other residents.

 

In addition to the private room, the accommodation fee at  The Villa includes the following services:

• Three meals a day
• Snacks available throughout the day
• Weekly housekeeping services
• Weekly linen change
• Scheduled activities
• 24-hour a day, on-site nursing staff

The Villa is a Class C, non-ambulatory Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) governed under HFS 83 regulations, which ensures that we provide the highest quality of care.
