Our occupational therapists work with individuals to help them regain their highest level of independence, allowing them to live productive, satisfying lives.
They retrain individuals in self-care skills to improve activities of daily living. Before patients return home, they also provide an evaluation of the home
environment, making recommendations to enhance the transition. Occupational services available at Felician Village address the following:
- Strokes
- Arthritis
- Fractures
- Nerve injuries/compression
- Joint replacement
- Neuromuscular disorders such as Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis
- Debility/weakness
- Lymphedema
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
- Rotator cuff injuries
