The Villas
The Villas at Felician Village was created to provide a more home-like setting offering a comfortable,
safe and family style atmosphere. Residents in each of the two, eight-bed villas appreciate the many
amenities that support daily living needs yet also recognize their independence. Health education and
ongoing monitoring enhances resident’s individual wellness.
The Villas enhances a secure and caring environment that promotes the respect, dignity and privacy of the
individuals we serve. Care plans are designed to meet the individual’s own specific needs.
Each Villa resident has his or her own private bedroom and bathroom. Common areas include the dining room,
kitchen, living room and several other sitting areas. Those shared spaces provide venues to interact with
visitors or other residents.
In addition to the private room, the accommodation fee at The Villas includes the following services:
- Three meals a day
- Snacks available throughout the day
- Weekly housekeeping services
- Weekly linen change
- Scheduled activities
- 24-hour a day, on-site nursing staff
The Villas are a Class C, non-ambulatory Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) governed under HFS 83 regulations, which ensures that we provide the highest quality of care.
