The Gardens

The Gardens at Felician Village is a senior community that rests on more than 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. At The Gardens, everything you need is right at your fingertips for an active lifestyle and safe and secure living.

Whether you choose a 1-, 2- or 3-bedroom apartment or garden home, you'll appreciate the security and privacy as well as the many features of our unique community. You'll also appreciate the many services and amenities that best fit your lifestyle and allow you to do the things you enjoy doing. And you get it all with NO up-front entrance/membership fee.

The amenities at each garden home and apartment include:

• Open floor plan
• Beautiful oak cabinets and woodwork throughout
• Full size stove and refrigerator, microwave and garbage disposal
• Laundry room with washer and dryer
• Individually controlled heat and air conditioning
• Abundant closet space
• Patio (decks on second floor apartments)

The garden homes have attached garages. Apartment dwellers have access to indoor, heated garage space for a monthly fee.

The Gardens offer the following amenities:

• Elegant dining room for the evening meal seven days a week
• The Bistro restaurant, open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm seven days a week, offers casual meals and take-out
• Fitness room with fitness equipment, weights and exercise mat
• Beauty/Barber Shop
• Lounge with full kitchen, dance floor, fireplace, sound system and big screen TV
• Activity room with TV lounge
• Prayer room
• Library with computer and Internet access

Building and grounds maintenance is provided for all common areas. These services include all landscaping, snow removal and maintenance of kitchen appliances.

Additional services, available as needed, may be purchased.
