The Court

If you require assistance with daily living, The Court at Felician Village has everything you need for the lifestyle you want.

Our assisted living facility provides a comfortable, safe and supportive home that enhances your independence. Choose from spacious 1- or 2- bedroom apartments, each with a kitchenette, living room, bedroom and full bath.

Each apartment at The Court provides the following amenities:

• Spacious floor plan
• Apartment-size refrigerator with freezer
• Microwave
• Two-burner cook top
• Individually controlled heat and air conditioning
• Abundant closet space

The following services are included with your apartment:

• Continental Breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Weekly housekeeping services
• Weekly linen change
• Scheduled activities
• Individual emergency response system
• 24-hour a day, on-site nursing staff
• Laundry rooms – located on both floors
  • If you prefer, staff will provide laundry service at no additional charge

The Court is a state-certified residential care apartment community (RCAC) offering four levels of nursing and supportive care. You pay for the care that best fits your personal needs.
